The Frankfort Area Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to providing support to enhance and protect economic opportunities for our members by being a unified voice, by providing education and workforce development opportunities, and by fostering community relations.

The Frankfort Area Chamber of Commerce Vision:

* To promote and support member businesses and responding to business needs;

* To be a champion of private enterprise; promoting member viability and recognizing the business achievement of members;

* To provide leadership and unify the voice of the business community; representing the business perspective in community forums and serving as a pro-active liasion to governmental and regulatory entities;

* To enhance our quality of life.

The Frankfort Chamber is a catalyst....a common vehicle through which the enlightened mutual interests of all segments of the business community work together for the common good of the total community. In any community, it is from the profitable operation of business that all other benefits are derived. Only to suceeding in this fundamental goal can we provide the jobs and produce the wealth to finance all of the governmental, civic, cultural, and charitable needs that our community is faced with everyday. We do a lot of diverse programs to accomplish that primary goal.

The major benefit of membership in the Frankfort Area Chamber of Commerce is that the Chamber acts as the unified voice of over 800 area businesses and individuals, including industry and professional firms. We maintain our vitality because our members want to get involved in matters that concern the economic well being of Frankfort/Franklin County.
